Homestay room for rent, all amenities included, in a home located in the city centre with a garden. The house is close to public transit, with four bus lines accessible within a five-minute walk. You will also find shops nearby: supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and more. The neighbourhood is quiet and offers quick access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. A large fridge-freezer is available for use in the basement. Minors in apprenticeship programs are accepted under parental responsibility. For smokers, smoking is permitted in the garden only. Please note: I have a dog, a 5-year-old collie. Consequently, I cannot accept other pets. Breakfast is included only for the 24 Hours of Le Mans race week. Arrival and departure times are flexible, within reason.

Dany est une personne très acceuillante et soucieuse de ses hôtes. Le logement est plus qu'impeccable. Il est à proximité de nombreux fast-food et magasins, pratique pour les piétons. Je recommande vivement !
