The house is close to the Préfecture tram stop and the train station—a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride away. Parking is available near the park. The street is quiet, and the city center is a 10-minute walk.
I am looking for tenants such as interns (school or university students), people registered with the French employment agency (Pôle emploi), job seekers, or seasonal workers, with regular working hours.
I am a young retiree, active and involved in many activities.
