The home is close to the Préfecture tram stop and the train station—accessible within a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride. You can park your car near the park. The street is quiet, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. I am looking for adult tenants such as interns (students or vocational), individuals with employment assistance programs, job seekers, or seasonal workers, as well as employees with regular schedules who return home on weekends. Catherine est une personne très serviable et arrangeante. Son quartier est calme et proche des commodités ( carrefour city, Super U et transports) et à 15 minutes de la gare SNCF. L' arrêt du tramway VIADUC est à 10 minutes à pieds, très pratique pour se rendre au circuit Bugatti.
