Hello, I am renting out my studio in Le Mans, located in my house, for events at the 24 Hours or Bugatti circuit, such as the French Motorcycle Grand Prix, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Le Mans Classic, the 4 Jours, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans Truck Race. It is also possible to pitch a tent in the garden. Outside of event periods, I offer different rates for longer stays. The studio is equipped with a small kitchen, including a fridge, a mini-oven, a microwave, and dishware. It also has a bathroom with a toilet, a mezzanine for two people, and a sofa bed below. A terrace with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair is available. The studio is located in a quiet area, close to the city centre, and is easily accessible on foot. Public transport, including bus No. 5 and the tramway via the Préfecture stop, can be found on the adjacent street and make it easy to reach the circuit. Sincerely, Kate
