On the 3rd floor: living room, open kitchen, office, toilets
On the 4th floor: 2 bedrooms, one bathroom
In the student room: a single bed that can be split into two single beds that become a double bed, a large desk, a desk lamp, a printer, a large Ikea wardrobe with hanging space and shelves.

Room for rent for the academic year, 9 months minimum.
For students returning home on weekends and short vacations.

The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the train station square, where all city buses depart. It's also a 5-minute bike ride from the IPAC campus.

Bed and bathroom linen provided and laundered.
