I am renting a room in the apartment where I reside. This room is quite small but comfortable and equipped with a wardrobe. However, it does not offer enough space for a desk, so it is primarily intended for rest. The bathroom and toilet are shared. A parking spot is reserved in front of the building. Use of the kitchen is also permitted. Personal belongings can remain in the room over the weekend, although the room is only offered for weeknights, save for exceptions to be defined together.
