12m2 room in a 65m2 apartment in a residence with parking. Close to Rennes train station (3 minutes by bus) and the city center, we are served by three buses. Location rue Adolphe Leray, at the beginning of the street. I like friendliness and relationships while also being respectful of calm.

Séjour très agréable, Sylvie et sa fille sont très sympathiques. Sylvie m'a aidée avec les transports de rennes à mon arrivée.
Sylvie assure un accueil de qualité, une personne vraiment intéressante avec qui tu prends du plaisir à discuter, elle est à l'écoute et très sympathique. On se sent rapidement chez soi. Un appartement cosy, une chambre propre et confortable, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre-ville . Sans aucune hésitation, je recommande totalement Sylvie et son logement. Great place to stay at. Clean, comfortable, very well located and a welcoming host. i have enjoyed interesting, warm and funny conversations with Sylvie, she is all about “we meet, we talk and we share.” I highly recommend this place.
Notre fille de 17 ans en stage sur Rennes a passé un très agréable séjour chez Sylvie. C'était pour elle (et nous) une première expérience en autonomie sur 3 semaines et Sylvie nous a immédiatement rassurés par sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Accès très facile au centre ville de Rennes et campus de Beaulieu par bus, et toutes les commodités à proximité. Merci beaucoup pour tout et nous conservons l'adresse au cas où !

Location simple, mais fonctionnelle. Le centre de Rennes est rapidement accessible par le bus. Sylvie est très accueillante et sait se rendre disponible.
