Description
Large 13 m² bedroom in a house located in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple in our 40s with two young children (4 and 12 years old), and we also have a cat that wanders around the house. A 2-minute walk away are the cinema, library, swimming pool, and the Conterie business park (ENI school, community hall). Within 10 minutes, you will find the exhibition centre and Rennes St-Jacques airport, which is ideal for a visitor passing through or a trade show exhibitor. The bedroom features a large 140x190 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe. The shared toilets located in the hallway will be reserved for your use. A coffee maker and a microwave are available in the kitchen. A spot in the basement refrigerator will be reserved for you. You also have access to the terrace, the garden, and the swimming pool in the summer. An outdoor key box can be used. If needed, a laundromat is available in the city centre.
