Description
I am renting a furnished student room (homestay) in a residential area very well served by the bus network. The bus stop is 50 metres from the apartment. Lines 8 and 5 will take you to the SNCF train station, where you can connect to express buses heading to Sophia Antipolis, Cannes, or Nice. Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan-les-Pins. The furnished room includes a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and a sink.View of the residence's interior garden from the loggia. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. The room door is equipped with a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a drying rack reserved for the student. The kitchen is shared, as is the refrigerator.Bed sheets are provided. Access to the washing machine is permitted twice a week. We speak French, English, and Spanish.
