Description
I am a civil servant and mother of two children, aged 20 and 22. I share my home with a cat, two expressive but very friendly dogs, and two tortoises. I am easygoing and friendly, and I respect everyone's personal space.
The tenant can eat in the living room or in their bedroom, provided they do not leave any food lying around. The garden offers a pleasant space when the weather is nice. Although located in a very quiet area, the house is close to various amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop, etc.). There is parking available in front of the house.
The tenant is expected to keep their room clean. Since we share the house, everyone is asked to help keep the common areas clean. Smoking is permitted in the garden.
The security deposit is due upon arrival.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Nathalie durant les mois de juillet et août. L’accueil a été parfait, la chambre est confortable et agréable. Nathalie est une hôte attentionnée et chaleureuse, son fils tout aussi sympathique, et leurs deux chiens Nala et Spoke sont adorables et très attachants. Note maximale pour la satisfaction générale, l'accueil, la propreté et la fiabilité. Je suis restée chez Nathalie un peu plus d'un mois et je peux dire que mon expérience à Grasse a été exceptionnelle, surtout grâce à l'hospitalité, la gentillesse et la positivité que j'ai trouvées chez elle. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et très fraîche malgré la chaleur d'août. Les espaces communs comme la salle de bain et la cuisine sont parfaits. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et si quelque chose vous manque, Nathalie saura vous aider. En plus, il y a un très joli jardin où l'on peut manger entouré de plantes et de fleurs. Nala et Spoke, les deux chiens de Nathalie, sont adorables ! Merci Nathalie pour ce mois spécial, tu m'as fait sentir comme chez moi et tu m'as transmis une énergie positive incroyable. Je t'envoie un gros câlin de Vérone !
J'ai passé trois mois formidables chez Nathalie. C'est une personne très agréable, toujours souriante et sociable. Grâce à sa gentillesse et son hospitalité, je me suis senti comme chez moi à Grasse. Merci beaucoup, Nathalie, de m'avoir si bien accueilli.
Mon séjour avec Nathalie a été super! Elle est super gentille, acceuillante, je pouvais toujours la demander tout et parler avec elle de quoi que ce soit. J'étais vraiment à l'aise dans sa maison et je retournerais avec beaucoup de plaisir! Donc merci Nathalie pour tout!

J’ai passé un bon sejour chez Nathalie. J’ai ete tres bien accueillie et beaucoup apprecié la compagnie de ses animaux. De plus n’etant pas motorisé, j’ai apprecié avoir l’arret de bus a proximité ainsi qu’un supermarché. Bonne continuation Nathalie

Une personne très accueillante et compréhensible, Nathalie a été très importante dans mon intégration à Grasse.
Que dire ? J'ai passé quatre mois dans une très bonne ambiance, avec quelqu'un qui peut discuter de tout et de rien. La chambre est très agréable, le lit conformable (et j'ai des problèmes de dos, donc...). Nathalie est quelqu'un de très arrangeant et sur qui on peut compter. Ma vie m'emmène ailleurs, mais je serai bien resté.
