Description
The accommodation is a family apartment close to all shops and amenities, a stone's throw from the train station and all public transit. I live here year-round and rent out the guest room. The toilet and bathroom are separate and shared. The space is very colourful and furnished in a vintage pop style; I am happy to welcome female guests here. For safety reasons, I prefer to host women. A very friendly cat also lives in the home, so it is not suitable for people with allergies. The bright 10m2 bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a small desk, and a chair for working in complete peace, and overlooks the building's courtyard. There is space in the closet and shelves to store your things. The bedroom is located opposite our own rooms, ensuring the visitor plenty of privacy. The kitchen-living area and all facilities are accessible, as well as the toilet and bathroom, which are shared with my child and me.
