COMMON LIVING CHARTER:
1. Leave the common areas clean after each use and, above all, before leaving the house.
2. You must remove any food that has become stuck in the grid at the bottom of the sink and put it in the bin.
3. Cooking is prohibited after 10:30 p.m., unless agreed upon by the cohabitants. The use of the microwave and other kitchen equipment is permitted, provided they do not generate disturbing or sudden noises.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
5. Any person not included in the reservation must be reported and confirmed by the owner. This includes any social activity involving the use of the room and common areas.
6. By accepting the reservation, you agree to share the property with pets, which implies responsible use of doors and windows. The balcony is equipped with a net for your safety.
