HOUSE RULES:
1. Keep common areas clean after every use, and especially before leaving the house, even if a cleaning person comes every two weeks.
2. Remove food scraps from the sink strainer and put them in the trash.
3. Cooking is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 10:30 AM, unless agreed upon by roommates. Use of the microwave and other kitchen appliances is permitted, provided they do not generate disruptive or sudden noises.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
5. Using items, food, or tools that are not marked as available for use is prohibited.
6. By accepting the booking, you agree to live with pets, which requires responsible use of doors and windows. The balcony is equipped with a safety net.
