Countryside room near Rennes (Saint-Germain-Sur-Ille - 35250)

I am offering a room for rent in my house located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ille. It is on the 2nd floor (the only room on that level). You have free access to the kitchen, garden/terrace, and living room as needed. The home is an old two-story building located about 20 minutes north of Rennes by car. Nearby, you will find shops and transit: the train station is reachable in 5 minutes by car (or 10 minutes by bike), and a bus stop is located in Chevaigné, 7 minutes away. The common areas of the house are freely accessible, and you can also enjoy the garden. My dog Jack is also part of the household, along with Koati the cat! The room is well-suited for a person with a car (or who loves biking) who works during the day, whether from home or elsewhere.
