I'm offering a double room with two 80cm beds. This room also has a private bathroom.
The house is located in Rennes, near the Hôpital Sud metro station on line A, and close to the Paris/Brest highway. Parking is available in front of the house.
It is also possible to rent a second room with a double bed, which is particularly suitable for families. In this case, a package deal for both rooms can be arranged.
Tenants will have the option of using the family kitchen for breakfast and dinner, subject to prior arrangement. Tea and coffee are provided.
