Very sympatique landlord proposing son studio on attractive location. Easy to communicate and contact him. It is near Mont Saint Aignan (advantage for students) and also near downtown (20 min. by walk). Apartment simple with basic equipment. Vacation + short term stay > work / office + long term stay in my opinion. Pros: location, landlord, calm neighbours Cons: wi-fi speed (could be faster and more reliable in this digital world), heating (started later than planned), To sum up, I can recommend this place despite those problems, since they are everywhere.
