Description
A room is available in a large house on the edge of the forest, close to all amenities, though a car is essential. The room includes a 160x200 bed with plenty of storage and a television. A private balcony will allow you to relax. A shower room is to be shared with two other tenants. A gym of approximately 35 m² is at your disposal. The rest of the house is shared; we also live there with my husband and my two sons aged 18 and 17. Ideal accommodation for a young professional or student in a pleasant atmosphere. Pets and smokers are not accepted. Less than ten minutes from the train station by car. Direct access to the A13 motorway. Close to Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, ESIGELEC, INSA, IFSI, Cléon, Tourville-la-Rivière, Val-de-Reuil, Rouen, Grand-Couronne, Grand-Quevilly, Louviers; a stone's throw from the Oissel police school.
