Description
As a multi-generational local of Annecy, I would be delighted to welcome you. Situated in a secure three-story stone-front house from 1910, this room offers a pleasant view of the garden through its large window. It is located on the lower level from the host's apartment. A coffee maker and kettle are provided in the room. The host's apartment is separate from the room and the shared amenities. Bed linens and towels are provided clean and will not be changed during your stay. In the event of damage, a proportional surcharge will be applied. Please note that there is a flight of about ten stairs to reach the toilet and the bathroom. The latter is equipped with a bathtub; however, for environmental reasons, I recommend taking showers. The long sink with two faucets allows for use by two people at the same time.
