Bed and Breakfast (Le Pré-Saint-Gervais - 93310)

Here I propose to host you in the comfortable sofa bed of the living room. Once unfolded, the living room transforms into a guest room in the inhabitant's home. We will be roommates :)

Bathed in light and located in a quiet area, the apartment in which I live is a haven of peace in a village atmosphere at the gates of Paris.
My apartment is dual-aspect and typically Parisian with its fireplaces (condemned), its ceiling moldings, its creaking parquet floor and its country kitchen.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Hoche metro (L5), the T3b-Porte de Pantin tram, buses and shops (and there is among other things a delicious bakery just downstairs :)).
In 8 minutes walk, you will go to the Parc de la Villette, the Cité des Sciences, on the Canal de l'Ourcq, the Philharmonie, the Cité de la Musique, the Zenith, and many others; attractive and cultural places to relax, listen to music, go to the cinema, see shows and exhibitions.
