Karine est une hôtesse pleine d'attention. Accueil chaleureux et accompagnement/ conseil de qualité. Je recommande, la proximité de tout commerce et le positionnement en font un lieu facile à vivre.
Karine and her husbad were very welcoming and nice :) The studio is very functional and clean. The location is great!
La propriétaire est très dévouée, réactive et accueillante. S'il y'a le moindre problème elle saura réagir très rapidement. Ce sont des gens de confiance ! C'est très lumineux grâce à la grande fenêtre et le studio est plutôt propre. Il y'a tout pour cuisiner et se doucher, le studio est super fonctionnel, de plus il est vraiment à côté de tout (supermarché, laverie, métro) donc très pratique ! Les points négatifs : le sommier du lit est une planche en bois et non pas un canapé lit comme sur les photos, il faut préciser que les toilettes sur le palier sont des WC turcs et l'isolation est très mauvaise, on entend tout (mais les voisins sont très respectueux donc ça ne pose pas de problème majeur).
Très bon accueil ! Logement propre et fonctionnel. Tout le nécessaires de cuisine, d’hygiène est disponible !
Karine a été très aidante et arrangeante tout au long du séjour ! Logements idéalement situés.
Chambre bien située, proche des transports en commun, laverie, supérette et restaurant a proximité, propriétaire a l'écoute, logement propre et bien pensé malgres le petit espace Toilette sur le pallier mais toujours propre 1 mois passé ici, si besoin je reviendrais

The room was as described. The bathroom was disappointing because there was no WC to sit in. However, it is pretty clean in comparison to the other ones of the building. Karine and her husband had a lot of patience with me and made my stay as comfortable as possible. I would go back for sure!
Studette bien située pour visiter paris ( a 2 pas de la ligne 8) et avec pleins de restaurants et commerçants juste en bas, avec tout le nécessaire dans un espace réduit . Ponctualité et explications au top ! Petits bémols sur l isolation, les toilettes sur le palier qui se situe à l inter Etage et pas en face de la studette comme je le pensais . Le lit est un 120 et a une planche de bois comme sommier.
Karine and her husband are very, very, very nice persons, they really did a lot for me and made my stay as conformable as possible. In fact, they did much more then you can expect from landlords. The studio had everything I needed and an excellent internet connection. The surroundings are spectacular, the restaurants and bars, the market. Merci, merci beaucoup!!! À bientôt!!!

Très contente de l'accueil de Karine Karine explique tout en détail n'hésite pas à passer plus de temps avec son locataire hyper serviable et communicative. Le logement est agréable et correspond à l'annonce je recommande la studette qui est très bien située tout est à proximité commerces ,métro et laverie.
