Homestay Studio With 2 Independent Entrances
Access to the two internal doors to the rest of the house is locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced to absorb noise between the two homes. It's somewhere between the independent studio and the room in a local's home, encouraging a minimum of cohabitation.
The house is recently built. It does not have air conditioning in summer but it is very well insulated, which seems to avoid the inconveniences linked to high heat. Healthy housing made with the most ecological materials (exterior insulation of wood fiber panels, painting of walls with vegetable oils, etc.).
Access to the exterior on the west side is quiet, available and reserved for tenants. A garden table, a parasol and 4 chairs for your meals. Laundry access possible on request from the back of the house.
