In an eco-hamlet, Zen studio-room, renovated in June 2021, self-contained, on the ground floor of a period farmhouse. It is a "homestay" setup, with the shower stall to be used on a scheduled basis. In this farmhouse, it is the first stone door on the left wing. Ideal for one or two people inspired by nature, peace, art, and ecology, with a sense of cleanliness, discretion, and cooperation. For holidays, as a student, a remote worker, or for seasonal work. Near the Abbaye de Maillezais boat docks. Beautiful view to the front and back, where there is a French window. Walking, horseback riding, and cycling paths are all around. This studio-room is equipped with: low sideboard, electric oven, stovetop, cookware, shelf, fold-out sofa bed with an extra mattress, coffee table, fridge-freezer, sink, and composting toilet. Bonus: Zen workshops are available upon reservation.
