Well-equipped room 3 minutes from the train station and 25 minutes from Paris (Boissy-Saint-Léger - 94470)

I'm renting a room in the Paris region, in the town of Boissy-Saint-Léger. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Boissy-Saint-Léger train station. It's a 25-minute train ride from Paris Nation train station. It's a 40-minute direct train ride from the business district, La Défense.

Near the apartment, you'll find useful shops: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, etc.

The bedroom is equipped with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, a desk, a small seating area, a wardrobe, large drawers at bed level, and a bedside table. You also have a balcony.
The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared between two people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and stovetop (everything you need to cook delicious meals). The apartment is clean and newly renovated.

I speak English and I can get by in Spanish, but with some difficulty.
