I am offering a room (double bed) in a modest and quiet apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the Erdre river and the St-Mihiel tram stop (line 2), directly across from a C6 bus stop, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Close to all amenities, shops, and the city center. You will be sharing the apartment with me! Ideal for students (internships or work-study programs), professionals on business trips, cycle tourists, or travelers in transit. The room is available for short stays, and recurring rentals are possible. The rental includes: bed sheets, storage space (drawer, wardrobe), Wi-Fi access, and a desk. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Access to the kitchen is permitted (one shelf is reserved for you in the fridge—please note: no microwave), and the living room can be used occasionally (notably for meals). For short-term stays, I do not provide bath towels (too much laundry).
