We are very respectful and expect the same in return. The single room offered is located at the end of the house, in a quiet area. It can be locked for greater privacy. The space is fully furnished for your comfort and includes a fireplace.

You will have access to a shared bathroom as well as a spacious communal living room/kitchen. Everyone has their own storage space in the refrigerator and cupboards.

The neighborhood offers a very pleasant living environment, thanks in particular to the banks of the Yonne River. A large communal parking lot is located just across the street. The train station is a 10- to 15-minute walk via the greenway, making it easy to travel to destinations such as the South, Paris, Dijon, and more.

All your daily needs are within walking distance: the town center, supermarkets, three grocery stores, a pharmacy, and three bakeries are nearby. The market is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
