Urgent Search: Male Roommate (Rouen - 76100)

My name is Anthony, I am 35 years old and I live in Rouen. I am currently renting a beautiful, modern 39m2 F2 apartment through a real estate agency since June 2021. I am looking for a serious, hard-working roommate with a salary to share my accommodation in the long term: sharing the cost of rent, electricity, water, groceries and internet.

My apartment is equipped with a large bed, a sofa bed, a washing machine, a television and a large living room. The only thing missing is a wardrobe, which we can buy together in the future. I am clean, neat, preferably a non-smoker and respectful of the rules of shared accommodation.

I will be available from August 31st to show you around the apartment and discuss the conditions of shared accommodation. I mainly work remotely, so I am often reachable.

My accommodation is located in Rouen, on the left side of the city, near Saint Sever. It is 5 minutes from the center by tram, 10 minutes from Rouen train station and 1h20 from Paris Saint Lazare.
