Hello! We are looking for our new housemate! We are at La Villa, a coliving space based in Ville-La-Grand, next to the CEVA. The average age of the housemates is between 25 and 39. Current interests include rock climbing, hiking, sports, after-work drinks, and BBQs to make the most of the nice weather :) The home features a well-equipped double kitchen, a dining room, a foosball table, a large laundry room, 2 living rooms, a cinema room (with PS5!), a large lounge with a TV and Switch and a board game corner, a gym, and a sauna! Outside, there is a heated pool with lounge chairs, an outdoor hot tub, a large vegetable garden, volleyball, hammocks, ping pong, darts, and a BBQ! Parking space is available inside the property, plus all services are included: cleaning twice a week, sports and yoga classes (6 per month), a HelloFresh box, electric scooters available, streaming subscriptions, monthly pizza parties, and other events (a very friendly community vibe 🍻!).
