I am currently subletting 1 bedroom
Fully equipped apartment (oven, washing machine, microwave, wifi, etc.)
The apartment is located 5 to 7 minutes walk from the Pyrénées-Belleville Metro and all amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
Popular area, very nice, the apartment is located just above Belleville Park.
As for the rules of the house, there aren't any in particular other than the fact that I don't want my future roommate to bring alcoholic drinks home, or guys to sleep with.
These are the only two rules that matter to him.
