A beautiful 55 m² space with a large kitchen, a large living room, and a small balcony. My roommate will have a fully furnished bedroom, with plenty of storage shelves, kitchen cupboards, and their own refrigerator. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment. The unit faces a pedestrian mall, so there is no traffic noise. Furthermore, it is north-facing. In short, it is cool in the summer (it doesn't turn into a sauna) and warm in the winter (individual gas heating). There is a building superintendent in the building.
