SUBLET 2-3 MONTHS ERDEVEN
2 BEDROOMS
Hi!
We are subletting a small attic bedroom and a large bedroom (with ensuite bathroom and toilet) in a 3-person shared housing in Erdeven.
The small room is available from October 1st to December 31st, or from mid-October to mid-December (flexible dates).
There is Cartouche the cat in the house (who doesn't like other animals...).
The 90m2 house has a large garden, a garage, and is 10 minutes from the town and the beach by bike. We live on the outskirts of Erdeven, 35 minutes from Lorient, 20 minutes from Auray.
The atmosphere is quite calm; we like to keep the house clean and the garden maintained. Also, the neighbours are super friendly, we do a lot of things together.
As for the rent, it's €713/month divided by 3 + water and electricity utilities. We pay the rent in proportion to our income and the utilities are split equally.
