Currently in transit, I am offering my workshop converted into a studio. Double or single bed on the floor for two people, the single bench remains a comfortable bed for one person. Kitchenette, shower and macerator toilet. The shutters are very heavy to handle, I installed blackout curtains which hide the daylight. Calm and warm passage in a quiet area of the 17th arrondissement, next to Parc Monceau. Currently, quiet facade renovation work is obstructing the vision and elegance of the passage. This is why I am offering a discounted rate until the beginning of July.
