Le locataire précédent n'avait pas effectué son ménage avant mon arrivée (douche vaisselle etc.). Il n'était pas stipulé dans l'annonce qu'il y avait un tarif EJP sur les mois d'hiver ce qui signifie concrètement : ne pas pouvoir utiliser tout appareil électrique entre 6h et 1h du matin( cafetière lave linge four téléphone recharge, température eau chaude diminuée etc) c'est un choix des propriétaires mais qui entraîne de grands inconvénients pour le locataire les jours rouges. Je remercie le propriétaire d'avoir accepté la présence de mon chat pendant une quinzaine de jours à titre exceptionnel.
