Small studio apartment consisting of a bedroom (160 × 200 cm bed), a living area, and a private bathroom, located on the lower level of a family villa with access to the lake. It has its own private entrance and access to a garden. Located in Préverenges, the studio is conveniently close to EPFL by car, as well as Lausanne and Geneva Airport. A bus stop is located right outside the property. The studio is equipped with a coffee machine, tea, a refrigerator, and a microwave. A shared kitchen is also available. A washing machine is available for guests to use. A private garage is available for an additional fee. A cleaning fee is charged at the end of the stay. We speak French, Italian, and English. Proof of income and financial stability may be requested.
