Modern and comfortable 35m² apartment with secure private parking, ideally located opposite Eyrac Beach, with a cycle path in front of the building. It offers a 180° panoramic view of the Arcachon Bay and the port, and is a 10-minute walk from the town center.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, etc. The bathroom is modern and functional. The apartment includes a large flat-screen TV and ample storage (closet, wardrobe, and dressing area).
The sleeping accommodations are provided by a sofa bed that sleeps two.
It is close to all shops (Aiguillon district), restaurants, the beach, a water sports center, and the Près Salés (salt marshes), offering a large pedestrian and cycling route. A bicycle rental service is available at the foot of the building, next to the cycle and pedestrian path.
