Student room rental (Stains - 93240)

The room is located upstairs, with a large window overlooking the street; facing East, it is therefore very bright in the morning. It can be furnished to your liking, and there are several wall hooks already installed if you are a big fan of posters (or paintings). We are currently finishing the construction of an upstairs bathroom, which should be completed in September. Otherwise, the ground floor bathroom is shared, as are the kitchen and living room. You are welcome to use the common areas as you wish :) There is also an outdoor terrace and a small vegetable garden. We are a family of 5: my two parents, myself, and our two cats (very, very important haha). I remain available for any further information;) Mathilde
