The room is 11.5 m² and is located in a converted basement. In the room, there is a bed (200x90 cm), a wardrobe, a desk and an office chair. For reasons of hygiene and comfort, the mattress is not provided. With bathroom (bathtub, sink, mirror, shelves and towel rack) and private toilet. No sheets or towels provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (equipment provided). Access to the living room, kitchen and garden. Two fridges, one floor provided for each fridge, and in the freezer. Three spaces provided in the kitchen. Non-smoking house. Parking space on the road. WI-FI accessible. I work with a break schedule (either morning, afternoon or night). I have two daughters in alternating custody every other week. I have a large but friendly dog who loves cuddles. Maximum one-year lease without domicile, guarantor required.
