Description
Our house is a renovated farm house with caves, in a very peaceful part of the Baza countryside in a farmstead set in olive and almond groves. The property is “Off-Grid”, i.e. it is a sustainable house, exclusively using electricity provided by our solar panels and our water supply is via a well on the property.
The property has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the facilities include gas central heating in the bedrooms; a living room with a fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a wood oven; an office which leads to caves with a lounge/library and 20 metre long salon for entertaining.
Outside are two patios with barbecues; a laundry room; a store room and a built-in fire pit.The focal point is our mirador which creates a perfect frame and viewpoint from which to take in the impressive panoramic views carved by the ancient Baza lake.
You must be a tidy person able to help clean our home clean and tidy.
