Description
Very sunny room, for women only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a flowered courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is ideally situated close to the Rosemont metro, near cultural venues and cafés, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Québécois woman, with a visual arts background, and an Iranian man, with a literature background (not a couple), both in their forties, reside here. We are looking for someone who is young at heart but mature in behaviour, calm, takes care of themselves and the premises, values ecological practices, and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open, but quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome. There is a small child on the floor above, so some tolerance for noise is required. Please provide details about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
