Situated in a quiet, rural area, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon.If there is a 2nd person, they pay 10.-/night.You must thoroughly clean your suite with a balcony yourself.Cleaning and tidying of the common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be done on a rotating basis. The management must be shared among the four tenants, with, for example, a one-week responsibility per month for each person.For a harmonious shared living experience, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in a perfectly clean condition after each use.
