Small studio in a house near the border

I have a small duplex studio of about 30 m² in the house where I live. The studio includes a bathroom, a bedroom on a mezzanine, a small kitchen, a small living room, and a pellet stove. It features a private entrance with a small outdoor terrace. Only the laundry room is shared; we will share the washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. You have one covered parking space. The studio is ideally located between Geneva and Annecy. It is perfect for a person on a temporary assignment who is looking for housing during the week. I am looking for a single person, man or woman, who respects the peace and quiet we enjoy here. No couples or parties: this is a place to be accommodated for work purposes.
