Description
Shared housing in a house that can accommodate 4 people. Located in a quiet, rural area, this house is 10 minutes from public transit and a 5-minute drive from shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. It is also 20 minutes from the outskirts of Lausanne, 22 minutes from Payerne, and 30 minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. The cleaning of your room must be carried out carefully by yourself. Household chores and cleaning of common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be done thoroughly on a rotating basis. Management is to be shared among the four tenants, with, for example, a one-week responsibility per month for each. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect condition after use.
