Room for women only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a flowered courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is an ideal distance from Rosemont metro, close to cultural venues and cafés, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Quebecer woman, with a visual arts background, and an Iranian man, with a literature background (not a couple), both in their forties, reside here. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behaviour, calm, who takes care of themselves and the space, values ecological practices, and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open, but quiet. This is a strict non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT individuals are welcome. There is a small child on the floor above, so some tolerance for noise is required. Please provide me with details about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you!
