Located in a quiet area, in the countryside, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. The cleaning of your room must be done thoroughly by you. Cleaning and tidying of the common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be carried out thoroughly on a rotating basis. Management must be fully handled by the four tenants, for example, with each person responsible for one week per month. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, household appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect clean condition after use.
