Located in a quiet, rural setting, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from the shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon.The cleaning of your room must be done thoroughly by yourself.The cleaning and housekeeping of common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be done on a rotating basis. Management must be handled by the four tenants, for example, with each person taking responsibility for one week per month.For harmonious use of the space, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect condition after use.
