Single room for exclusive use shared with an elderly woman (Udine - 33100)

We are renting a single room with a terrace in an apartment shared by a grandmother with dementia and a daytime caregiver. She sleeps well at night and doesn't require assistance, just companionship. A calm Bolognese dog is sometimes hosted. We also offer free room and board in exchange for 25 hours per week of personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and 5 hours on Saturdays). We are seeking a non-smoker, animal-loving woman who enjoys healthy cooking and has a calm personality and some experience caring for seniors.
