Large 80m² apartment on the 5th floor with elevator and caretaker. None overlooked.
Mezzanine in the living room which can be converted into a work office. Multiple south-facing skylights (so very bright) with completely blackout curtains.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Cellar to store food, suitcases or other items.
Open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, brand new washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob to make good meals. Large fridge + integrated freezer.
Cellar + parking space included with the apartment.
Transport: Metro < 5 mins walk | Velib < 10 mins walk.

We are two friends and students who decided to move in together.
