My partner and I are very sorry to be leaving our fantastic 4-room apartment in Carouge, as we are heading abroad to study for a year. A 28-year-old friend is taking one of the rooms, and we are looking for a person or a couple to take the other.
This is a sublet for one year only, with relatively flexible dates.
The 72 m² apartment includes a loggia and a balcony. It comes furnished (and with plants!).
The apartment is bright, quiet, and well-insulated. It is ideally located in the heart of Carouge, 2 minutes from the market square and a 15-minute walk from the HUG, with all amenities and restaurants nearby.
We are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful of the space, and a non-smoker. The standard rental application is required, including pay stubs, a debt collection register extract, and a residence permit.
