Hello everyone, My name is Robin, I'm 25, and I'm an engineer in Cannes. I really enjoy outdoor sports. Right now, I mostly do strength training (I have equipment at home, by the way), but I love going hiking, camping, to the sea, etc. I am offering a room in my house located in Le Rouret. The setting is very pleasant, as the house is located in the forest. There is space in the garden, where I maintain a vegetable patch. There is also a swimming pool. The property is quite shaded, which is great for the summer during hot spells. Please note that this is a house where maintenance has not been strictly kept up, which explains certain malfunctions. I am currently taking care of some repairs myself. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room with a dryer. There is reversible air conditioning, although I limit its use for the sake of the environment and the electricity bill. The room is upstairs, very bright, with a view of the sea.
