Hello, I am the tenant of a 4.5-room apartment. I am looking for a NON-SMOKING FEMALE ROOMMATE for an indefinite period. RENT IS TO BE PAID AT THE END OF EACH MONTH, EXCEPT FOR THE MOVE-IN WHICH IS IMMEDIATE. The place is quiet and close to all transport links: tram, bus, and Leman Express (train). Shops are also varied, with a shopping centre a 10-minute walk away, right next to the Stadium. By train, it's 8 minutes to Cornavin station. Large balcony, very spacious and bright rooms. Washing machine in the apartment. I am very quiet myself and I speak Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and a little English. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
