The street-facing room, with an area of 13 m², features a trundle bed (80x190), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk. It does not lock and is adjacent to the living room.

The apartment is very pleasant, bright, and north-facing (street side).

It includes a walk-in shower room with a small sink, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped, and a washing machine is available.

This accommodation welcomes students during the academic year.
