Duplex in a private, secure residence with a coded gate, consisting of five rooms, shared space including a fully equipped kitchen, TV area, two toilets, with all utilities included (water, electricity, Internet, Netflix). Outdoor parking is available in designated spots. Looking for an orderly, responsible, autonomous person who is respectful of the premises and knows how to live in a shared environment.
