House in Colfontaine, intended for shared housing for students and/or pensioners. The renovation work will soon be complete, and viewings are already possible. The house includes: - A 13.20 m² room - A 21.50 m² room - A room divided into two parts of 16.50 m² and 6 m² - A 28.20 m² room adapted for people with reduced mobility. The rooms have different monthly rates. All will be furnished (excluding the mattress) and include all utilities. A lease agreement accompanied by house rules will need to be signed.
